Memorandum of Understanding – Example


This model of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) can be used for bilateral or multilateral agreement between parties. This example MoU formalizes the working relationship of four different organizations implementing a technology-enabled program that focuses on improving care transitions and reducing hospital readmissions.
